I really didn't think anyone would care...  :)

1 can of chickpeas

4 tbs oil

4 tbs sesame oil

4 tbs lemon juice

5 tbs water

I think that's it.... :)  The recipe is downstairs and I'm too lazy to go back down.

Now, the recipe may need adjusting, depending on how large a can of chickpeas you get at your local supermarket.  My cans are pretty big, 19 fl oz. If you have a smaller can, reduce the other ingredients, but keep the proportions the same (more or less).

You can also mince up a clove of garlic. I don't because I buy garlic flavoured chick peas.

Drain and rinse the chickpeas and dump in a food processor or blender. Add the other ingredients and blend until a nice soft paste. That's it.

My bf has come to realize that his home is here with me and Emily, and is coming back by halloween. He would come home today but needs to settle a few things at his folk's place first. What a relief!

Things have been up in the air recently because of this and I'm a bit behind on my emails and my bug-following. I have some plans for Covenspace and will be announcing some big additions to the site in the next couple of weeks. :-D

Note: since posting this, he has decided to break up with me outright. Just wanted to add this before I get anymore email about how wonderful things are for me right now  :) 

Well, my life has gotten a twist. My bf of the past 6 months decided he needed a break and has moved out. It was a horribly teary morning yesterday for both of us, but I think I got a better understanding of the situation before he left.

We haven't broken up, just aren't living together anymore. His intentions are to come back to us once he's had a chance to get a job and get things back together for himself. Being a house-husband wasn't sitting well with him.

He has said that we still keep seeing each other, and will go trick or treating at the end of the month. He also said that hopes to have things worked out by Christmas. I have to try not to push and let him have his space. I'm not so good at that. :(

I really hate when situations are left open-ended and out of my control. I hate not knowing what is going on or what is coming in the future. Sigh.
